RETURNS

Returns should be easy. We couldn’t agree more. Let's show you how to return your products online.

1. Request your return: Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7-days of receiving your products.

2. Box up your products: Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or Whatsapp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return: Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Please note that a standard courier transit fee of AED 20.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the home-pickup service.

4. Receive your refund: We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you've paid by cash, we will transfer the refund amount to your bank account. Customization charges are non-refundable.

A Bit Too Oversized

The abaya is lovely, but the oversized fit was a bit too much for my petite frame. I had to get it tailored. Still, the design and fabric are top-notch.
