RETURNS

1. Request your return: Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7-days of receiving your products.

2. Box up your products: Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or Whatsapp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return: Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Please note that a standard courier transit fee of AED 15.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the home-pickup service.

4. Receive your refund: We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you've paid by cash, we will transfer the refund amount to your bank account. Customization charges are non-refundable.

Pretty and a lovely colour

Pretty and a lovely colour. However, the material is not very premium or the beads added were premium quality either. The scarf provided does not match the colour of the abaya.

Great for Tall Frames

I'm 5'10" and this abaya is the perfect length! I am slim and smart and this is a perfect cut for me. So often they are too short, but this one is long and fit for me. Thank you for catering to taller and smarter women!

Minor Sizing Note

Love the abaya! The color is perfect. I usually wear a large and it fits well, but if you are between sizes, I'd suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Perfect for party wears. The color is just awesome. Got this in coffee color.

Nice design but expected heavier fabric

I love the look and embroidery but I was expecting the fabric to be a bit thicker. Its quite lightweight, which is cool for summer, just not what I imagined from the photos. Still keeping it though.
