1. Request your return: Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7-days of receiving your products.

2. Box up your products: Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or Whatsapp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return: Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Please note that a standard courier transit fee of AED 20.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the home-pickup service.

4. Receive your refund: We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you've paid by cash, we will transfer the refund amount to your bank account. Customization charges are non-refundable.

Great for Tall Frames

I'm 5'10" and this abaya is the perfect length! I am slim and smart and this is a perfect cut for me. So often they are too short, but this one is long and fit for me. Thank you for catering to taller and smarter women!

Love the abaya! The color is perfect. I usually wear a large and it fits well, but if you are between sizes, I'd suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
