Returns

Returns should be easy. We couldn’t agree more. Let's show you how to return your products online.

1. Request your return: Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7-days of receiving your products.

2. Box up your products: Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or Whatsapp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return: Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Return shipping cost upto a maximum of Dhs. 20.00 depending on the weight of your parcel will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

4. Receive your refund: We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you've paid by cash, you’ll receive a return voucher as store credit.
