Your delivery charges will depend on the weight and value of your order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Note: These rates are applicable for local delivery within the UAE. For international shipments, provide your detailed address at checkout to review applicable charges.

Returns

Returns should be easy. We couldn’t agree more. Let's show you how to return your products online.

1. Request your return
   Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7 days of receiving your products.
2. Box up your products
   Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or WhatsApp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.
3. Hand over your return
   Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Return shipping cost up to a maximum of Dhs. 20.00 (depending on the weight of your parcel) will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
4. Receive your refund
   We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a return voucher as store credit.
