Returns

Returns should be easy. We couldn’t agree more. Let's show you how to return your products online.

1. Request your return

Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request within 7-days of receiving your products.

2. Box up your products

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or Whatsapp us at +971 54 546 3426 if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return

Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. Return shipping cost upto a maximum of Dhs. 20.00 depending on the weight of your parcel will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account in 4-15 working days. If you've paid by cash, you’ll receive a return voucher as store credit.

At Noor & Grace, we offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at support@noorgrace.com. You can also use the self serve returns by logging into your account. Please note that return shipping costs and the necessary payment platform fee are the customer's responsibility.
